W2 Infini T industrial vacuum cleaner with turbine

The chip extractor is equipped with a cast aluminum suction unit of the side channel blower type, in which the impeller is fixed directly to the drive shaft, and without transmission systems. This allows us to almost completely reduce the wear of the components and the consequent maintenance needs, making the engine particularly suitable for continuous service (even 24 hours a day). Furthermore, it allows the development of a very high vacuum, higher than transmission systems of similar power.
The control panel of the industrial vacuum cleaner consists of a start-stop push-button panel, containing a thermal-magnetic switch. A vacuum gauge allows you to constantly check the level of depression and the saturation state of the filter, and to promptly detect any anomalies.

A double silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of the outgoing air allowing the vacuum cleaner to be used in places where there are noise regulations.
The turbine is equipped with a vacuum relief valve. If the maximum vacuum is reached due to a blocked tube, it allows ambient air to enter the turbine to cool it.

Inside the steel filter chamber there is a polyester pocket filter, which protects the suction unit, ensures high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outgoing air, thanks to a large surface area (20,000 cm2) and high filtration efficiency (3 microns).
A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter itself, preventing saturation and consequent reduction in suction performance.
The suction system with a Ø50mm nozzle positioned underneath the filter allows you to simultaneously suck up dust, solids and liquids, without the need to replace or remove the filter.

The aspirated material is deposited in a release container, with a capacity of 40 litres, made of steel mounted on wheels which allows the aspirated material to be disposed of quickly and without getting dirty, with the possibility of bagging.
