Oilvac 100P
The structure of this chip vacuum is made entirely of steel, which is resistant to abrasive oils. The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame, equipped with non-marking swivel wheels with parking brake.
The metalworking industry is a demanding one: any machine tool maintenance costs hours of downtime and lost production. For this reason, the equipment of the Oilvac 100 makes it possible to minimize the time needed for suction and maintenance.
Equipped with two powerful single-phase motors, it guarantees the extraction of 90 liters of chips and mixed lubricants in just a few minutes.
An electromechanical float detects the liquid level in the container, automatically stopping suction when the container is full. Equipped with a 100 micron PPL filter, for high filtration capacity
The vacuumed material is separated instantly: the metal shavings are collected in an easily removable grated basket, which allows rapid disposal of its contents. The oil passes through the basket and accumulates, perfectly filtered, inside the container. Quick and easy discharge of oils and emulsions thanks to a valve or via an independent electric pump with a discharge capacity of 100 l/min.
