Suction is provided by a side-channel blower-type turbine, with direct coupling between the fan and the crankshaft and no transmission system. It is therefore completely maintenance-free, suitable for continuous operation 24 hours a day, extremely silent and provides exceptional suction performance; a vacuum gauge allows you to constantly check the suction performance and detect any blockages in the filter.
The machine is equipped with a metal electrical panel compliant with CE regulations, with a 10 m neoprene rubber cable and 32amp plug.
The turbine is equipped with a vacuum relief valve. In the event of a completely blocked hose, the valve provides cooling of the turbine through fresh air directly from the environment.

The filter is inserted inside the steel filter chamber; the polyester star filter provides a large filtering surface of 70,000 cm2, and high filtration efficiency (class L, 3 microns). A manual filter shaker allows the user to effectively clean the filter, with a vertical shaking movement, in order to remove most of the dust and keep the filter clean, to increase its life and maintain the suction performance of the machine unchanged.
The tangential suction nozzle (Ø120 mm in diameter), located under the filter, allows you to simultaneously suck up dust, solid and liquid material (the latter only within the capacity of the container), without the need to change or remove the filter.

Available in PN version, with automatic pneumatic filter cleaning system and in ATEX certified version.

The aspirated material is placed inside a quick-release container mounted on wheels (160 liter capacity), which allows the aspirated material to be disposed of simply and safely.
The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy steel frame with two pivoting wheels, one of which has a brake; all the metal parts of the extractor are painted with epoxy powders.
