MHD 100 heavy duty vacuum cleaner

The MHD 100 industrial vacuum cleaner is equipped with a cast aluminum suction unit of the side channel blower type, whose impeller is fixed directly to the motor shaft, and without transmission systems.
This allows us to reduce the wear of the components and the consequent maintenance needs to a minimum.
The control panel consists of a start-stop push-button panel, containing a thermal-magnetic switch. A vacuum gauge allows you to constantly check the level of depression and the saturation state of the filter, and to promptly detect any anomalies.
A double silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of the outgoing air.
The industrial turbine of the vacuum cleaner is equipped with a vacuum relief valve. If maximum vacuum is reached, for example in the case of a blocked pipe, it lets external air enter the turbine to cool it.

A manual cleaning system, composed of a manual filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter itself, preventing its saturation while maintaining the suction performance of the machine constant. The tangential suction system with a Ø120 cast aluminum mouthpiece positioned underneath the filter allows you to simultaneously suck up dust, solids and liquids (within the capacity of the container) without the need to replace or remove the filter.

The aspirated material is deposited in a steel release container mounted on wheels (160 liter capacity), which allows the aspirated material to be disposed of quickly and without getting dirty.
These machines can also be used as fixed units for centralized vacuum systems.
